Identification of The Problem Mr. Post, newly recruited by Dashman Company as VP of Purchasing Department wants to centralise the activities of the department which was otherwise decentralized and taken care by respective unit heads. Post is acquainted with all the barriers faced by these Plant executives for not cooperating with the proposed plan, he shall set up a centralised meeting with all the executives to discuss the issue and take feedback from them for effective implementation of the plan.
